Shipping policy
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands. We currently only deliver to select EU countries within the zones listed below.
Processing Times
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
- Tracking information is provided once your parcel has shipped.

Carriers
We ship exclusively with trusted carriers: PostNL, DPD, DHL, or UPS. The carrier is chosen automatically at checkout based on the best available option for your delivery address.
Delivery Method
- We only ship directly to physical addresses (home or office).
- We do not deliver to pickup points, PO boxes, or parcel lockers.
Additional Information
- Delivery times vary per destination and carrier. Standard delivery is usually 2–7 business days within the EU.
- Tracking links are sent by email once your order has shipped.
